Enofe & Associates, LLC was founded with one goal in mind and that is to provide accounting and financial services that will exceed my clients' expectation and respond to their needs.

Augustine Enofe, founder, has more than 13 years of accounting, auditing, tax, and management consulting services. Recent experience includes audit of several governmental, HUD, nonprofit and small business clients in the Midwest and in the Jacksonville area. I am committed to providing the accounting solutions you need to establish, operate and grow your small business. I take a personal interest in your success because your success has a direct relationship to my performance as your financial advisor.

Our Team

Enofe & Associates, LLC is a minority owned firm located in Jacksonville, Florida. Originally established in 2000 as Augustine Enofe, CPA, our growth necessitated the change of name to reflect our current position. We provide quality audit, accounting, tax, and management consulting services to non-profit, governmental, and small to medium size businesses.

Our team of professionals consists of 5 certified public accountants, 2 certified fraud examiners, 2 senior consultants, 3 accountants, 1 marketing person, and 2 administrative staff. Combined, we have over sixty (60) years of providing quality services to clients throughout the United States.

Dr. Enofe

He graduated from Bellevue University, Bellevue Nebraska. He received a master of business administration degree (MBA) from Webster University and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a major in accounting from Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He started his Certified Public Accounting practice in January of 2000 as a sole proprietorship. Today, due to business growth, he recently changed the business structure and name from Augustine Enofe, CPA to Enofe & Associates, LLC.

Professional Affiliation:

As a Certified Public Accountant, he is licensed by both the Nebraska and Florida Boards of Accountantcy. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Government Accountants.

As a member of the above professional associations, he is required to attend continuing professional education each year. This knowledge will ensure that you get the most current and knowledgeable business advice available.

Gerald P. Jones, CPA

Mr. Jones has over twenty (20) years of accounting and auditing experience. His career began in 1980 and as an officer in the United States Navy, and continues through today as a shareholder in Enofe & Associates, LLC. Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Southern University and has completed some post graduate work at Temple University. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountant, Association of Government Accountant, and National Association of Black Accountants.

Randall Scott King
Orlando, Florida (Orange County)

Randall Scott King is the director of special services for Enofe & Associates. A former high school and college All-American sprinter and football receiver, King also serves as head coach and director of the Central Florida Sports Club, which develops high school athletes for the Division I track. He also provides mentoring and academic assistance to his athletes. King is a retired U.S. military officer. He is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants, American Institute of Certified Accountants, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. and the Association of Retired Military Officers. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Villanova University. King joined the FSMO board in 2007.

Mr. Dedrix W. Daka

Mr. Dedrix W. Daka is the manager for client development/relations, strategic planning, and consulting services. Mr. Daka has over twenty (20) years of progressive hands-on professional experience in all facets of business organization. He is a highly accomplished visionary executive with domestic and international experience in financing, sales, management, strategic positioning, technology development, acquisitions, and strategic planning with both start-up and growth organizations. He has successfully served in many business organizations in the capacity of management consultant, district sales manager, business manager/CFO, and president/CEO. Mr. Daka has MBA degree and BS degrees in Business Administration, Mathematics, and Management Information Systems from The University of North Florida.

Membership:
Mr. Daka is a Licensed Broker by the Florida Department of Banking and Financing (1998 to Present) and a General Contractor Licensed by Florida Department of Professional Regulations (2005 to Present).
